Don Neves & Marie Cashman
Partners, Marie Cashman and Don Neves, lead their team by their slogan, "Your friends and family Realtors...for life". Each month Marie and Don contact their customers with a newsletter and items of value. Also during the year Marie and Don schedule get together activities for their customers, i.e.: Annual LaSallette trip at Christmas, Holiday Open Houses and House Warming Parties.
 Ms. Cashman began her real estate career in 1987, obtaining her Broker's license in 1995, purchased Pond View Realtors in 1998 and formed her current partnership in 1999. Licensed in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island and familiar with all phases of real estate sales, her specialty is new construction. Ms. Cashman was Realtor of the Year 2000 as chosen by her peers at the Greater New Bedford Association of Realtors. Marie was singled out for her involvement in association activities, the community, and her business accomplishments. Her being chosen makes WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Neves & Cashman Realty the only local real estate office to have back-to-back designations of Realtor of the Year. In 2003, Marie served as the Greater New Bedford Association of Realtors President. She has a committment to be involved in community service and to continue her education and awareness of recent developments within the real estate field. She participates in Paint Your Heart Out, Summerfest, and MAR events. Ms. Cashman is a designated SRES Specialist, qualified to meet the special needs and concerns of maturing Americans.
Mr. Neves, a multi-million dollar producer since 1995 began his career in the construction industry. He utilizes his knowledge from the ground up to advise his customers of their properties potential. Licensed in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, Don offers his clients and customers a level of service and knowledge that is unmatched by any other. He was the 1999 Realtor of the Year and previously served on the Board of Directors at both the local and State level. Erin Cashman
Erin Cashman joined WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Neves & Cashman Realty in March of 2005 as the Receptionist in the New Bedford office and is currently the Transaction Coordinator for the company. Erin's job is to follow each transaction from start to finish making sure that everyone has their t's crossed and i's dotted! Erin is a graduate from Dartmouth High School and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Christine Araujo
Christine Araujo joined our Lakeville WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Neves & Cashman Realty Team in June of 2006 as their Administrative Assistant. Christine is a graduate of New Bedford High School and Katherine Gibbs School. She also has her Real Estate License. Christine resides in New Bedford with her husband and 2 daughters. She enjoys spending time with her family and scrapbooking.
